Services and Fees
We offer various hosting services for which the applicable fees will be outlined in your account dashboard or during the signup process.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your account for all applicable fees and taxes.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We categorize support issues into different tiers: Emergency, Critical, High, Medium, and Low Severity. We aim to address support queries based on these severity levels.
We provide support through email, a ticketing system, and chat on a best-effort basis.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including for the loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services for violation of this Agreement or non-payment.
We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security.
Your use of third-party services integrated with our Services is at your own risk and subject to the terms of those third parties.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova.
